SHIPPING: Shipping will be a flat rate of $15.00 USD to US destinations and $30.00 USD to non-US destinations for all product lines.  We also have overnight shipping available to destinations in the United States (30.00) for in-stock items for purchases before 3:00 pm, EST.

All stock wigs ship within 2-5 days.

Custom wigs ship within 4-5 weeks. Custom orders may be rushed for an additional fee and will be shipped within 14 days.

All Ardyss products will ship within 7 days unless item is on back order or your item is a special order. If there will be a delay with your Ardyss product, we will let you know immediately upon checkout. Backordered items usually arrive within 14 days.

A delivery confirmation tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped. The status of your delivery may be accessed within the order confirmation sent via e-mail once item is shipped.

Delivery Confirmation signature is required on all orders.
