If you subscribe to our newsletter or contact us through one of our contact forms, Ebay, or through contest submissions, we collect your email address only to send newsletters, coupons or updates about special offers from Tiffani Chanel's Beauty Supply, LLC.  Recipients of our newsletters can unsubscribe at any time using the instructions listed at the end of the email- newsletter. At times, we invite our customers and web site users to provide information for surveys, contests and sweepstakes via this site, email or other media, Participation is completely voluntary and any information collected is used to notify the winners and award prizes, provide site information through our newsletters or improve the use of, and satisfaction with our website. 

 CUSTOM WIGS REFUND POLICY

All sales are final on ALL custom lace wigs. No refunds. We do not accept the delivery of returned products. They will be returned unopened at the sender's expense. To avoid dissatisfaction, please ensure that you measure your head correctly, as your unit will be crafted according to your exact specifications. We are not responsible if you do not measure properly and your wig is not an exact fit.

 STOCK WIGS REFUND POLICY

No refunds of stock units. Exchange only is the wig is sent back within 7 days after arrival in the EXACT same condidtion and packaging.No hair supplies (adhesives, removers, shampoo, etc..) No evidence of glue or tape may be present on the wig. Product must be in the original packaging with all lace in place. We will not accept merchandise that has been altered/worn (cut lace, brushed, combed, picked, cut or washed) in any way. Wig must be recieved by us within the first 7 days after receipt of your wig. Wig exchange must be pre-approved via email prior to arrival. Wig must be returned with a copy of the original invoice (emailed to you upon purchase) and return order form.

STOCK WEFTS REFUND POLICY

Product must be in the original packaging in resellable condition. We will not accept merchandise that has been altered/worn (cut ties, brushed, combed, picked, cut or washed) in any way. Wefts must be recieved by us within the first 7 days after receipt of your delivery. Weft exchange must be pre-approved via email prior to arrival. Wefts must be returned with a copy of the original invoice (emailed to you upon purchase) and return order form.

CUSTOM WEFTS, FRONTALS, CLOSURES  REFUND POLICY 

REFUND POLICY ON OTHER ITEMS:

Due to sanitary reasons, we cannot grant refunds or accept exchanges on eyebrows, eyelashes, or hair products.

 RETURN ORDER FORM

All sales are final on custom wefts, (any colors other than 1, 1B, 2, 4 or lengths longer than 20 inches), frontals and closures. No refunds. We do not accept the delivery of returned products. They will be returned unopened at the sender's expense. To avoid dissatisfaction, please ensure that you are certain about the color and texture that you want. Unless your specifications are not met, we will not grant refunds or accept exchanges. In the event that your custom wefts, frontals or closures are made incorrectly, we will remake it at no expense, or refund your entire purchase.  We are not responsible if you do order something and do not like it after it arrives if it is what you ordered.

Exchanges may be different from the original order. All exchanges will be charged a $15.00 restocking fee. All exchages must

You need JavaScript enabled to view it before returned packages arrive, otherwise, they will be denied and returned to the owner at the other's expense. After the exchange of your product has been approved via email, please complete the attached return order form and a copy of the original invoice and send them both back with your purchase. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.

 

 

We accept all Visa and MasterCard, Paypal, Western Union and Money Gram.  We are a verified business member within the PayPal community and have been verified by third parties.  If you have questions about how to pay using Western Union or Money Gram, please contact us and we will provide you with directions.
